Guerrilla Studios is a grassroots music production studio based in Dublin. Originally created in Cork in 2009 by producer John ‘Spud’ Murphy, it soon became a staple recording studio for the Irish underground music scene. Following a relocation to Dublin, Murphy joined forces with long term musical collaborators Ian Chestnutt, Katie Kim and Eleanor Myler and set up Guerrilla Studios. Based under a railway line in Dublin's north inner city, Guerrilla Studios offers bespoke production services and a boutique studio space based around a combination of analogue and digital recording systems.
Heavily integrated with the Irish underground musical community, and fully mobile, Guerrilla Sounds presently uses this studio primarily as a mixing suite, with recording taking place across a variety of leading studios and venues across the UK & Ireland, including Dublin’s Hellfire Studios, The Meadow in Wicklow, and London’s Hoxa HQ.
Guerrilla Studios is now available as a dry rental studio to up and coming producers and engineers
